Contact Center expands reach with Field Support Service Element Published March 4, 2008 ARPC NOTAM 038 -- Commanders, The ARPC Contact Center recently added a Field Support Service Element (FSSE) that provides special attention to our institutional customers (commanders, military personnel element leaders, AFRC directors, NGB staff directors and IMA/PIRR program managers). We did this because we believe you deserve higher priority attention on those matters important to your unit. When you use the FSSE, your request is handled by a single customer service counselor until it is resolved and you have been answered. You may have several different concerns that collectively have gotten your attention. Or, you may have heard that something is "hung up at ARPC" and you want to break it loose. Let FSSE help resolve these issues for you. For the past two years the ARPC Contact Center has focused almost exclusively on individual customers who submit personal transactional work for accomplishment. This step aims at you, a critical element in the human resource management chain. Institutional customers can reach the FSSE by calling the ARPC Contact Center at 800-525-0102 or DSN 926-6528. When the recorded introductory message starts, press "4" to be connected with the FSSE, where telephone counselors are available from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. MT, Monday-Friday. Assistance also is available 24/7/365 by logging onto the virtual Personnel Center-Guard and Reserve (vPC-GR) online at http://arpc.afrc.af.mil/. //SIGNED// ERIC W.
