ARPC announces lieutenant promotions Published Feb. 7, 2008 DENVER -- The Air Reserve Personnel Center announced the promotions for the fiscal 2008 second half, line and nonline first lieutenants today. There were 300 Air National Guard and 232 Air Force Reserve officers selected for promotion to first lieutenant. The date of rank and promotion effective date for officers selected for promotion will be the date they complete two years time in grade. The complete list is available online.
