vPC-GR System Upgrades, Dec. 13 Releases, Contact Center Support Dec. 14, Expanded UTA Support

ARPC NOTAM 032 -- Commanders -- vPC-GR Major System Upgrades (Awards and Decorations, Retirements, vPC-GR Dashboard) -- virtual Personnel Center - Guard Reserve will be unavailable from 6 a.m. until 1 p.m. MST Thursday (Dec. 13) for major system upgrades. It also will be down from 6 p.m. MST Friday (Dec. 14) until noon MST Sunday (Dec. 16) for a scheduled power outage.

Dec. 13 Releases -- Results of two separate boards -- the 2008 Air Force Reserve Line and Nonline Colonel Promotion Selection Board that met at ARPC Oct. 15-19 and the Reserve Developmental Education Designation Board that met here Nov. 13-15 will be released at 10 a.m. MST.

Contact Center Support Dec. 14 - Reserve Personnel Contact Center counselors will be unavailable after 1:30 p.m. MST Friday (Dec. 14) for an official function. Counselors will be available again beginning Monday (Dec. 17) at 6 a.m. MST.

Expanded UTA Support -- Beginning in 2008, the Reserve Personnel Contact Center will provide service to Citizen Airmen two weekends per month (usually the first and second weekends of each month). Counselors will be standing by Jan. 5, 6 and Jan. 12, 13 from 7:30 a.m.- 4 p.m. MST at 1-800-525-0102 to provide assistance to you and your units.
