New Performance Reports Processing Published Aug. 17, 2007 ARPC NOTAM 023 -- Commanders- The Air Force implemented new performance evaluation reports Aug. 15. This outlines the interim procedures the Air Force Reserve will use until we roll out a more complete evaluation and roles-based routing solution in October. - Unit assigned Reserve AGRs, ARTs and unit assigned reservists will use the vPC-GR to forward their completed forms to ARPC. - Headquarters AGRs, IMAs/PIRRS/LEADS are part of the active Air Force system and are not described below. - A major change in the process involves the use of digital signatures. If even one evaluator in the Reserve rating chain cannot digitally sign the report or if it is a referral, the form must be manually signed and dated by all and processed according to existing local procedures. Guidance for the MPF: If the report is not digitally signed, the MPF must stamp "Certified True Copy" on a copy of the completed form, scan it, and attach it to a vPC-GR request. Once the evaluation is approved and updated by ARPC, MPFs will be e-mailed a request to file the original evaluation in the UPRG. Reserve MPFs will attach digitally signed forms directly into the vPC-GR through a new Evaluations link in the "online services" section of the vPC-GR main page. Once the evaluation is approved and updated by ARPC, MPFs will receive an e-mail notifying them the evaluation has been accepted and instructing them to retrieve a copy from ARMS for filing in the UPRG.
