Rob Mims ARPC Public Affairs DENVER -- Everything from banking to ordering pizza and taking college classes to shopping can be accomplished online. The Air Reserve Personnel Center is dedicated to enabling the same type of capability for Guard and Reserve members with the virtual Personnel Center-Guard and Reserve, a Web portal located on the ARPC Web site at http://arpc.afrc.af.mil. The next capability to launch is retirements and many associated processes scheduled for July 31. New capabilities are being launched to help personnel conduct transactions online without ever having to visit their military personnel flight. The most recent capability is Duty History correction, which launched March 31. In addition to correcting duty history, customers can obtain their 20 Year Letter (reissue), send a letter to the promotion board, receive board counseling, acquire a mortgage letter and correct points history. Members can also request a copy of a finalized NGB 22, Report of Separation and Record of Service, get current awards and decorations information, make a personnel data update and find out about current points. They can make a Reserve Component Survivor Benefit Plan Election, request a copy of a finalized DD Form 214, Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty, get retired pay assistance, request copies of previous EPRs/OPRs and sign up for TRICARE Reserve Select. Members can stay informed about the latest vPC-GR information by creating a new account on vPC-GR and electing to receive the vPC-GR Online subscription based email.
