Results and Issues of the FY07 AF Reserve Colonels Promotion Selection Board Published March 12, 2007 ARPC NOTAM 0007 -- Commanders - With last week's Senate confirmation of the Reserve colonel promotion list, we've prepared a briefing with notes highlighting the board results and issues for your use titled, Colonel Results & Issues Briefing. Let me touch on a couple of the good and bad statistics from the briefing. - Good -- 1,970 PRFs were received for a 99.04 percent receipt rate - Bad -- Although percentages and numbers of missing PRFs are small, no Airman due a PRF should meet the board without one. Additionally, we still have missing OPRs for each board and although numbers have improved significantly, we need your help to make sure all of our Airmen's accomplishments are documented for the promotion boards.
