ARPC closed this weekend due to winter storm warning and personnel systems downtime

BUCKLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- The Air Reserve Personnel Center will be closed this weekend, Feb. 21, due to a winter storm warning for heavy snow in Aurora, Colorado.

Also, Air Force Personnel Center's Total Force Service Center-San Antonio will have limited phone capability and secure applications on myPers will be down Feb. 20, 6 p.m., through Feb. 23, 3 a.m. due to a local power outage necessary to support construction requirements. Without access to secure applications, customer service representatives from ARPC would have limited capability to assist customers.

However, Air Force Guard and Reserve members should still have access to general personnel information on the myPers website.

Customers unable to reach a customer service representative by phone can log on to the myPers website and submit their questions using the 'Email Us' feature. Email inquiries will be answered as soon as possible once full operational capability is restored on Feb. 23.
