The cover story focuses on Air Force Reserve Command's Key Spouse Program and the volunteers who are working hard to make the program a success. In the first in a series of articles called Profiles in Leadership, Col. John Tree talks about how he has managed to intertwine his civilian and military careers in a unique way that is beneficial for both his civilian employer and the Air Force. A feature by Master Sgt. Veronica Aceveda of the 512th Airlift Wing at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware, tells the story of Col. Kelly Cook, father of the 512th wing commander's wife, a fighter pilot who was listed as missing in action in 1967 and was later declared killed in action, body not recovered. And finally, civil engineers at Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Georgia, are conducting a tractor-trailer "train the trainer" with the goal of improving the skill and knowledge of designated tractor-trailer trainers at the unit level.
