ARPC NOTAM 144 - Internet Explorer 11, myPers/vPCGR Dashboard Published Dec. 15, 2014 By Cindy Dewey Air Reserve Personnel Center Public Affairs ARPC NOTAM 144 - Commanders -- Internet Explorer 11, myPers/vPCGR Dashboard: ARPC/DPXI is aware of an interface problem for customers using Internet Explorer 11 while accessing the vPC-GR Dashboard through the myPers website. The underlying cause is the inability to upgrade Oracle RNT from the current May 2011 version which limits Internet Explorer support to version 9 and below. The interface problem is exhibited by a continuously loading graphic. Pending an Oracle platform upgrade, we recommend setting Internet Explorer 11 to compatibility mode, see note below for instructions. Optionally, you can install Internet Explorer 9 in the interim to restore full interface functionality. Other browsers such as Apples Safari, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox may also work. NOTE: Fix site display problems, vPCGR Dashboard, with Compatibility View. Sometimes websites don't look like you expect them to - images might not appear, menus might be out of place, and text could be jumbled together. This might be caused by a compatibility problem between Internet Explorer and the site you're on. Sometimes this can be fixed by adding the site to your Compatibility View list. To add a site to the Compatibility View list in IE 11 1. Tap or click the Tools button , and then tap or click Compatibility View settings. 2. Under Add this website, enter the URL of the site you want to add to the list (add: disa.mil for myPers and vPCGR problems), and then tap or click Add. REMARK: If you add a site to the Compatibility View list and the page looks worse, the problem might not be compatibility and you should remove the site from the list. Questions can be directed to our Communications Focal Point through our Total Force Service Center at 210-565-0102 or DSN 665-0102. //signed// SAMUEL C. MAHANEY, Brig.
