BUCKLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. --  The Air Reserve Personnel Center is creating the future.

Narrator: "ARPC's creating the future by developing technology like the Virtual Personnel Center Guard and Reserve Portal also known as vPC-GR and then sharing that technology across the total force to take care of your Airmen."
