Senior Master Sgt. Chiray Scott, ARPC superintendent special pay and incentives, described what feedback means to her.

"I love getting feedback. I love hearing from our customers. Hearing from our customer service professionals," she said. "It's so critical to the success of our mission."

Senior Airman Maurice Brown, ARPC DD Form 214 technician, emphasized what feedback means to him.

"I speak directly to customers every day. Whatever the feedback, I take it to heart. It helps me help them. Then I pass it along to my supervisor,"he said.

Col. Sean McElhaney Pahia, ARPC vice commander, said what feedback means to leadership.

"Feedback is extremely important to leadership. It allows us to know what is working and what is not working. And, therefore, we can improve those processes, which inevitably takes care of all the Generations of Airmen we serve," he said.

Feedback means happier customers.
