Narrator: "One of the most sincere forms of respect is actually listening to what another has to say." -- Bryan H. McGill

Brig. Gen. Samuel "Bo" Mahaney, Air Reserve Personnel Center commander, has four tenets of leadership.  Featured in this video is Culture of Respect. Respect is a positive feeling of esteem for a person or other entity and for specific actions and conduct. Respect can be a feeling of regard for the actual qualities on the one respected. It can be both given and received. Greater respect by all would make the world a better place.

Cindy Dewey: "Fostering a climate..."
Col. Caroly Stickell: "Of respect..."
Senior Airman Evan Joacin: "Dignity..."
Chief Master Sgt. Ruthe Flores: "And inclusion..."
All together: "For all Airmen"

Brig. Gen. Samuel "Bo" Mahaney: Is fostering a cultural where Generations of Airmen can live and work in mutual trust.

Narrator: How do you foster a culture of respect? I'd love to hear.
