Transfer of Incapacitation Pay Program Published Sept. 18, 2014 By Cindy Dewey Air Reserve Personnel Center Public Affairs ARPC NOTAM 141 - Commanders -- Effective immediately, the responsibility for processing Reserve Incapacitation Pay requests is being transferred from Promotion, Retentions and Customer Service Branch, HQ AFRC/A1KP to the Special Pay & Incentives Branch, HQ ARPC/DPAA. Effective upon release of this NOTAM, it is mandatory to submit all Incapacitation Pay requests via the Task Management Tool, routed to HQ ARPC/DPAA - Special Pay and Incentives workflow taskers box. Requests received outside of TMT after this release will be returned without action. Information on incapacitation pay can be found on myPers under the Benefits and Entitlements link.
