Promotion Board Restricted SharePoint, ARMS function moves to AFPC
ARPC NOTAM 125 - Commanders -- ARPC Promotion Board Restricted SharePoint: The ARPC Promotion Board Operations - Restricted SharePoint site is designed to provide ANG, USAFR, and RegAF MPSs that service Reserve officers all ARPCMs announcing the convening and release of Reserve of the Air Force promotion selection boards (to include special selection boards and special boards). The best way to ensure your MPS stays current with these ARPCMs is to set an alert in SharePoint that will email you when new information is added to the site. Once in the PBO Restricted site, select the "page" tab at the top of the site and select the "alert me" button. Choose "manage my alerts" followed by "add alert" and select the "ARPCM" button on the right. You will receive an email notifying you that you have set an alert if all the steps were followed correctly. Automated Records Management System moves to AFPC: All current documents forwarded to HQ ARPC, for scanning and indexing into member's individual personnel records will no longer be processed at HQ ARPC. Effective March 1, all documents for the Air National Guard, Reserve, IMAs, and Regular Air Force will be processed at the Air Force Personnel Center (AFPC), Randolph AFB, Texas.
AFPC and ARPC have centralized all personnel records scanning functions. AFPC will be the central repository for scanning of all documents into ARMs for the entire Air Force community.
In order to ensure data is updated correctly and there are no breaches in the process, please ensure all records sent from your unit for ARMs updates are forwarded to AFPC/DPSIR, 550 C Street West Suite 21, JBSA Randolph, Texas 78150.
We are working diligently to make this transition as seamless as possible. Please continue to work through your servicing detachments to address any immediate concerns.
