As a result of the recent lapse in appropriations, there are currently no funds for officials at the Air Reserve Personnel Center here to mail personnel documents such as retirement certificates, separation documents, and recognition packages.

Only documents required by law, such as Freedom of Information Act queries, Board for Correction of Military Records requests, pay-affecting documents, and casualty services, will be mailed at this time.

Once funding becomes available, personnel packages will be mailed in the order they are completed. Depending on when funds are released and backlog of packages, there could be significant delays.

If documents are required for a retirement ceremony, contact the Total Force Service Center at 800-525-0102 and ask for the Outbound Section. Customer service representatives can email copies of documents for the purpose of conducting retirement ceremonies.

ARPC is responsible for personnel support to nearly 1 million Air National Guard, Air Force Reserve and retired members, ensuring they are ready to deliver strategic Total Force war fighting capability for the Air Force. From initial entry to retirement, the center provides world-class support for "Generations of Airmen" throughout their military careers.

ARPC is a direct reporting unit of the Air Force Reserve Command.
