Belinda Petersen Air Reserve Personnel Center Public Affairs BUCKLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- Air Reserve Personnel Center officials announced here today changes to customer service telephone hours until the government shutdown is resolved. The new Total Force Service Center - Denver telephone hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Phone lines will not be open on the weekends. The toll-free number is 800-525-0102. TFSC - Denver will continue to provide 24/7 customer support to Air National Guard, Reserve, and retiree populations via the myPers website. TFSC - Denver provides personnel support including retirements, separations, points, document requests like DD 214s, force development, evaluations, awards and decorations, casualty assistance, and educational benefits. ARPC is responsible for personnel support to nearly 1 million Air National Guard, Air Force Reserve and retired members, ensuring they are ready to deliver strategic Total Force war fighting capability for the Air Force.
