ARPC members participate in Rock 'n Roll Denver Marathon

Ten members from the Air Reserve Personnel Center on Buckley Air Force Base, Colo., participated in the Janus Rock 'n' Roll Denver Marathon, half marathon, relay Oct. 19, 2014. ARPC members participate in Rock 'n' Roll Denver Marathon events

BUCKLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- Ten members from the Air Reserve Personnel Center here participated in the Janus Rock 'n' Roll Denver Marathon, half marathon, and relay Oct. 19, 2014. The participants included Lt. Col. Belinda Petersen, Maj. Susan Murphy, Chief Master Sgt. James Kirkley, Senior Master Sgt. Brian Marr, Master Sgt. Rachel Forman, Tech. Sgt. Sabrina Napue, Senior Airman Timothy Duran, Jeff Noxon, Robert Poe and Tech. Sgt. Scott Spidel.

Murphy, who ran in the half marathon event with her daughter, Chelsea Moor, Chelsea's fiance' Aaron Coleman and her best friend Casey Toups, helped raise $250 toward the St. Jude Children's hospital fight against Leukemia campaign.

More than 15,000 people from 50 states and 20 countries participated in the events that included live music and refreshments along the route of the race.
