Rob Hazelett Air Reserve Personnel Center Public Affairs BUCKLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- A two-day Crucial Conversations class was held at the Air Reserve Personnel Center here Aug. 18-19, 2015. The course taught skills for creating alignment and agreement by fostering open dialogue around high-stakes, emotional or risky topics-at all levels of an organization. By learning how to speak and be heard, and encouraging others to do the same, personnel began to surface the best ideas, make the highest-quality decisions and then act on their decisions with unity and commitment.
