Leadership and members of the Air Reserve Personnel Center attended the two-day Influencer Training off-site course gather at the Leadership Development Center here Sept. 9-10, 2015. The members learned to start with their focus on the behavior or action taken by a person that is specific, observable and repeatable and, by doing so, influence the behavior in order to obtain the results they wanted to achieve.

“We live in a world based on relationships,” said Brig. Gen. Samuel "Bo" Mahaney, ARPC commander. “The way we behave toward one another determines how effective we are as an organization and as an Air Force. This class taught those vital behavioral skills that build strong relationships.”
