BUCKLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- Members from the Air Reserve Personnel Center attended the February Leadership Seminar here Feb. 4, 2016, and listened to Senior Airman Frank Eubanks, ARPC DD214 form processor, discuss his topic “Standing on Giants Shoulders.”

The purpose of these seminars is to share views on leadership in a university-type setting from all levels of leaders; not just senior leaders. Leadership seminars are held monthly and are open to all ARPC personnel.
