BUCKLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- A new site available on the Air Force Portal aims to deliver force development for the Air Force’s Total Force officers, enlisted and civilian Airmen.
The virtual Force Development Center acts as a depot for development resources; a comprehensive portal allowing all Airmen to have access to just-in-time training, education, and other force development resources.
It has 35 associated Air Force e-Learning programs focused on Institutional Competencies and key leadership development topics. Links are also provided to other relevant websites, such as myPers, Air University, and the Air Force’s new mentoring platform, called myVector.
The new page is protected by the Air Force Portal’s security wall, so users will need to log-in with their common access card or username and password.
