Air Reserve Component Field Orientation Dates for 2017 Published June 8, 2016 Air Reserve Personnel Center Public Affairs BUCKLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- ARPC NOTAM 188 - Commanders - Air Reserve Component Air Reserve Personnel Center offers ARC Field Training Classes for FSS, CSS and other personnel who deal with personnel actions. This class is held quarterly at ARPC on Buckley AFB, Colo. The training consists of briefings by subject matter experts on all processes ARPC handles for both the Guard and Reserve. Some topics are: Point Credit, Retirements, Promotions, Evaluations, Awards and Decorations, Entitlements, RCSBP and many more. This course will help personnelists better serve their customers. Attendees can also visit with various subject matter experts to resolve any issues that they are currently working with and meet technicians they work with on a regular basis.
