BUCKLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- Air Reserve Personnel Center officials announced results for the Calendar Year 2016 Air National Guard Lieutenant Colonel and Major Promotion Selection Board today. The boards selected more than 600 Citizen Airmen for promotion.
The selection boards convened at ARPC April 25 – 30 to determine those officers best qualified to assume the next higher grade. Board members selected 372 for promotion to lieutenant colonel of 493 officers considered and 252 for promotion to major of the 287 considered.

Categories considered during these promotion boards were: Air National Guard Line, Dental Corps, Medical Corps, Nurse Corps, Medical Services Corps, Biomedical Sciences Corps, Chaplains and Line of the Air Force Judge Advocate.
