CY16 Reserve Command Screening Board results announced Published Oct. 14, 2016 By ARPC Public Affairs BUCKLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- The CY16 Reserve Command Screening Board convened Aug. 1 at the Air Reserve Personnel Center, Buckley AFB, Colo. The board reviewed the records of all eligible, qualified Reserve officers and recommended those officers as best qualified for assignment consideration to fill Reserve Wing Commander, Vice Wing Commander, and Group Commander positions.
