AFPC commander visits ARPC

Col. Michael Ortiz, contact center operations chief, Aug. 31, 2011, on Buckley Air Force Base, Colo. Stewart’s visit at ARPC highlights the unity of total force efforts of AFPC and ARPC. These initiatives like leveraging technolgy to increase efficiency are designed to enhance customer service to all servicemembers. Stewart, who made his first visit to ARPC, leads a diverse workforce of nearly 2,600 Air Force military, civilian and contractor personnel responsible for implementing personnel policies, developing personnel programs and conducting worldwide personnel operations for 1.25 million Air Force military, civilians and retirees.
