Capt. Paul Hubenthal, AFSO 21 office, facilitates the rapid improvement event to examine the way requests for computer software, equipment and other services are processed at the Air Reserve Personnel Center. The event yielded plans to create an online request process that will replace the hard-copy version of the Air Force Form 3215 at ARPC. (U.S. Air Force photo/Mike Molina)
