ARPC commander puts on one star during ceremony
More than 150 people attended a promotion ceremony for Brig. Gen. Samuel Mahaney, Air Reserve Personnel Center commander, Feb. 14, 2014, on Buckley Air Force Base, Colo.. The ceremony was officiated by retired Maj. Gen. John Dorris. Mahaney was commissioned in July 1985 as a graduate of the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps at the Missouri University of Science and Technology.
