The Air Reserve Personnel Center at the former Lowry Air Force Base, Colo., in the spring of 1977, with Mt. Evans in the background. Members of ARPC moved to this building Sept. 1, 1976, from their original facility on 3800 York Street in north Denver. ARPC was established in Nov. 1, 1953, and opened their doors March 1, 1954.
