ARPC's 60th birthday
The Air Reserve Records Center sign was installed outside of the York Street building in the late 1950s in Denver, Colo. ARRC officially opened its doors March 1, 1954, almost 60 years ago. It wasn't until Sept. 1, 1965, that it was renamed the Air Reserve Personnel Center due to increasing involvement in all areas of personnel management and not only records. ARPC will celebrate their 60th birthday on Feb. 28, 2014.
