ARPC first sergeant co-leads symposium

Senior Master Sgt. John Neeley, Air Reserve Personnel Center first sergeant, speaks during the annual first sergeant symposium April 24, 2015, at the 140th Wing Colorado Air National Guard facility on Buckley Air Force Base, Colo.
