Deputy chief of staff for Manpower, Personnel and Services visits ARPC

Lt. Gen. Samuel Cox, deputy chief of staff for U.S. Air Force Manpower, Personnel and Services, meets with Brig. Gen. Samuel "Bo" Mahaney, Air Reserve Personnel Center commander, Col.
