Fierce Conversations class held at ARPC
Air Reserve Personnel Center members discuss key points they’ve learned during a Fierce Conversations class held March 15-16, 2016, at ARPC on Buckley Air Force Base, Colo. Mid-level supervisors from throughout the ARPC gathered for a two-day intensive training course. The course helped managers ensure they are providing information to their subordinates, discerning the core meaning of communications from their subordinates and communicating the strategic vision of leadership in a way that employees can understand and apply.
