ARPC A1 Awards
Capt. Avril Mitchell, assigned to the Air Reserve Personnel Center Pre-Trained Individual Manpower Management Division, was awarded the Personnel Reserve Component Company Grade Officer of the Year award. The Air Force-level award was for her work supporting wartime efforts through securing sustainable mobilization assets, codification of the ARPC Mobility Plan and execution of the Air Force’s only face-to-face screening activity.
