Captain Mastro is an Air Force Reserve Individual Mobilization Augmentee assigned to Pacific Air Force as a political-military affairs strategist. She is also a Stanton Nuclear Security Fellow at the Council on Foreign Relation and assistant professor of security studies at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.
