New commander for HQ RIO
Col. Carolyn Stickell (right) relinquishes her command of the Headquarters Individual Reservist Readiness and Integration Organization, June 12. Stickell passed the HQ RIO guidon to Brig. Gen. Ellen Moore, the Headquarters Air Reserve Personnel Center Commander, who presided over the ceremony and later presented the guidon to the new HQ RIO commander, Col. Kelli B. Smiley.
