Updated Reserve and Travel pay changes effective Oct. 15, 2018

BUCKLEY AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- MyPers is now the exclusive system for IR customer communications and document submissions going forward. Effective Oct. 15, 2018, IRs must submit all Reserve and Travel pay documentation through myPers via the RIO website.

Travel pay document submissions: https://www.arpc.afrc.af.mil/hqrio/IRTravel.aspx
The case management system will provide improved communication and transparent accountability. Submissions through email will no longer be accepted. This change will improve pay transaction processing and allow for expedited responses to myPers inquiries.
