Deputy chief of staff for Manpower, Personnel and Services visits ARPC
Lt. Gen. Samuel Cox, deputy chief of staff for U.S. Air Force Manpower, Personnel and Services, meets with Brig. Gen. Samuel "Bo" Mahaney, Air Reserve Personnel Center commander, Col. John Wagner, 460th Space Wing commander, and Col. Sean McElhaney Pahia, ARPC vice commander, during his visit to ARPC April 30, 2015, on Buckley Air Force Base, Colo. Cox serves as the senior Air Force officer responsible for comprehensive plans and policies covering all life cycles of military and civilian personnel management, which includes military and civilian end strength management, education and training, compensation, resource allocation, and the worldwide Air Force services program. Cox received an ARPC mission brief, then was given a tour of the headquarters building where he heard briefings from directorates including the Total Force Service Center-Denver, Reserve of the Air Force Selection Board Secretariat, virtual personnel center programmers and the commander’s special projects office.
