Chief Master Sgt. Billie M. Baber
Group Superintendent

Chief Master Sergeant Billie M. Baber is the Group Superintendent, Headquarters, Individual Reservist Readiness and Integration Organization, Air Reserve Personnel Center, Buckley Air Force Base, Colorado. She advises the commander on matters influencing health, morale, welfare, and effective utilization of more than 7,600 officer and enlisted individual reservists and 130 full-time Airmen who support ten major and nine combatant commands around the globe. Chief Baber serves as the commander’s representative to numerous committees, councils, boards and military functions. Chief Baber advises the strategic objectives of Headquarters Air Force Reserve Command, Air Reserve Personnel Center, and the Readiness and Integration Organization continuously on how organizational knowledge fosters the organization’s mission.

Chief Baber was born in El Paso, Texas, and enlisted in the Air Force in 1996. She graduated from the Personnel Apprentice Course at Keesler AFB, Mississippi, in June 1996. After 11 years on active duty, she transferred to the Air Force Reserve via the Palace Chase program. Her background includes many aspects of the Personnel arena such as airmen assignments, force management, career development, and personnel systems. She has also accomplished tours as a Professional Military Education Instructor, serving as both an Airman Leadership School and Noncommissioned Officer Academy Instructor..


Master Sgt. Christopher Gracey

Master Sgt. Christopher J. Gracey is the First Sergeant, Headquarters Individual Reservist Readiness and Integration Organization, Air Reserve Personnel Center, Buckley Air Force Base, Colorado. He advises the commander on matters influencing health, morale, welfare, and readiness of more than 7,600 officer and enlisted individual reservists and 170 full-time Airmen who support 50 major commands, combatant commands and government agencies around the globe.

Gracey's military career began in the U.S. Army in 1990. He left the Army in 1997 and enlisted in the Air Force Reserve in 2012; his military background includes tactical communications and intelligence. His previous assignment was as intelligence analysis flight chief for the 380th Space Control Squadron. Gracey holds a CCAF degree in intelligence studies and technology, a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Colorado and also a master of arts degree in International Security from the University of Denver.
