Tech. Sgt. Chrisanna Walton, the non-commissioned officer in charge of Headquarter Individual Reservist Readiness and Integration Organization's Force Management team, was named the Air Force Reserve Command Force Support NCO of the Year for 2016.

Senior Master Sgt. Deana Rossi, the section chief of Headquarters Individual Reservist Readiness and Integration Organization's Force Management team, was named Air Force Reserve Command's Force Support Senior Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year for 2016.

Chief Master Sgt. Tom Kimball shoots video for a client in his civilian capacity as owner of Kimball Productions. Kimball, who retired Jan. 26 as the Individual Mobilization Augmentee to the Public Affairs Chief Enlisted Manager at Air Force Space Command, started the company ten years ago while also serving as a reservist. The skills Kimball brought to the AFSPC from his civilian job underscore the depth and breadth of experiences IMAs bring to the active component.

As an Individual Mobilization Augmentee, Kimball, who retired Jan. 26 as the IMA to the Public Affairs Chief Enlisted Manager at Air Force Space Command, brought a wealth of civilian experience to the active component.
