Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA)

Applicable to: Air Force ReserveEmployees who are absent from a position of civilian employment by reason of service in the uniformed services for up to five years are eligible for reemployment under USERRA.* The member may request for USERRA with the concurrence from the Chain of Command supporting
