IMAs must submit all IDTs for FY19 in UTAPS by August 15
Per AFI 36-2254, vol. 1, para. 4.2.1.2., IMA members will develop a schedule of IDTs with their supervisors no later than (NLT) 15 August for the upcoming FY. All IDT periods for both IMA and PIRR members must be approved in advance, in writing, by the member's supervisor with an information copy to the appropriate assigned PM, prior to the member

IMAs must submit all FY18 AT requests by June 15
All annual tour (AT) requests for the remainder of FY18 must be submitted in AROWS-R no later than June 15. Funding may not be available for orders requested after that date. If a member is unsure of the actual dates they will perform their duty, they should submit an orders request for the approximate dates of their AT. This will obligate the

Hurricanes, wildfires keep AF Emergency Preparedness Liaison Officers busy in 2017
With massive category 5 hurricanes slamming the Gulf Coast, East Coast, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands, and wildfires raging in the West, these Reserve Citizen Airmen Emergency Preparedness Liaison Officers were called on 197 times to support real-world disasters, National Special Security Events and Special Event Assessment Rating Events

The pay application forms (DD Form 2656 and ARPC Form 83) should be filled out and sent to ARPC at least 45 days before the retired pay effective date, normally the 60th birthday. The mission of the ARPC Honorary Commander's Program is twofold; first, to educate key community leaders about the ARPC mission and to foster a supportive relationship with our community, and second, to increase military involvement in civic endeavors, bringing members of the local community into our ARPC family.
