The pay application forms (DD Form 2656 and ARPC Form 83) should be filled out and sent to ARPC at least 45 days before the retired pay effective date, normally the 60th birthday. Brigadier General Moore, ARPC Commander, Command Chief Master Sergeant Masters and our ARPC Directors hosted a mission brief and lunch gathering for our two Honorary Commanders, Gian Gandolpho (right center) and Kristi Kleiholz (left center). The mission of the ARPC Honorary Commander's Program is twofold; first, to educate key community leaders about the ARPC mission and to foster a supportive relationship with our community, and second, to increase military involvement in civic endeavors, bringing members of the local community into our ARPC family.
